Villanovaforru (Sardinian: Biddanoa de Forru) is a village and comune (municipality) in the Province of Medio Campidano in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 8 kilometres (5 mi) northwest of Sanluri. It has 789 inhabitants.[2]
Villanovaforru borders the municipalities of Collinas, Lunamatrona, Sanluri, and Sardara.

As of 2026, the population is 789, of which 67% are male, and 33% are female. Minors make up 8.2% of the population, and seniors make up 22.2%.[2]
