Radial spoke head 10 homolog B is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RSPH10B gene.[4] This protein is predicted to be part of the sperm flagellum.[4] Near RSPH10B is a paralog, RSPH10B2, which encodes a protein that is said to be either identical[5] or nearly identical,[6] depending on the source.
