Club career

Polievka made his professional debut for Banská Bystrica on 12 July 2014, coming on as a substitute in the 90” minute for Nicolas Šumský.[2][3]

On 20 June 2015, he signed a three-year contract with Dunajská Streda.[4] Polievka made his debut for the club in a 2:0 win over FK Senica, starting the match.[5]

On 17 June 2024, it was announced that he would be joining Hungarian club MTK Budapest.[6]
