A flag with three horizontal bands of white, yellow, and green, with a seal in the middle of the yellow band. At the top of the seal is a gold banner with capital letters saying “Ituata” with an eagle perched atop it. The center of the seal is vaguely shaped like a triangle pointing down, divided in four parts. The top left part includes a tree. The middle part shows a mountain behind a lake, with a guitar near the left and a llama near the right. The right part shows a field with a farming implement. The bottom portion shows a river valley, with a plate of food superimposed on it. Around this triangle is a gathered banner of the same white/yellow/green banding, held up by gold spears.
