Yuichi Tohmori

Yuichi Tohmori from the NTT Electronics, Kanagawa, Japan was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2015[1] for contributions to tunable semiconductor lasers for optical fiber communications.
