Jill Galloway Flammia (born May 17, 2006) is an American soccer player for the USL W League team Richmond Ivy. She played college soccer for the Virginia Cavaliers.

Youth and college career

Flammia was an elite level player out of the Richmond United ECNL team ranked 26 in the country by TopDrawerSoccer in the 2022 recruiting class.[2]

She was named to the ECNL All-American U17 team in 2021.[3]

She was a 4-time ECNL Mid-Atlantic Player of the Year.[4]

Flammia was recognized during the 2019 Jefferson Cup as a player to watch after scoring a critical goal for Richmond United in the top division final match.[5]

Flammia played college soccer for the Virginia Cavaliers from 2022 to 2026. She was named to the Atlantic Coast Conference All-Freshman Team after scoring four goals in 15 games played over 581 minutes. In her sophomore season, Flammia started 14 of 15 games played for 1073 minutes of playing time, recording three goals and one assist. She was redshirted for the 2024–2025 season. As a redshirt junior, Flammia scored twice and tallied an assist while playing in 13 games and starting 11. She scored the game-winner versus the VCU Rams in 2025.[6][7]

Professional career

Flammia was one of the first players announced to sign with the new Richmond soccer club in 2024 but an injury prevented her from playing but opened the door for her sister Sarah Flammia to take the field for the Ivy.[8][9]

In the 2025 season Flammia played alongside her younger sisters Sarah and Molly for the Ivy,[10]

In 2025, Flammia played 357 minutes over eight games with the Ivy. [11]

On May 23, 2026, versus the Charlottesville Blues Flammia scored her first Ivy goal, following it with two more for her first career Ivy hat trick in USLW competition.[12]

She finished the 2026 Ivy campaign as the team's leading scorer with four goals over four games and 342 minutes.[13]

International career

Flammia has played extensively with the U.S. National Team. She played on the U-14, U-16, and U-18 youth national teams.[14]

In 2023 she played on the U-20 Women's Youth National Team during the 2023 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship. She started the semifinal where the USA beat Costa Rica 2–1 to qualify for the U20 World Cup.[15][16]
