History
The branch was established on 17 April 1985. Its library began operating at the same time with a collection of approximately 500 volumes. A new central-library building, named the Marjan Dousti Library after a local benefactor, opened in 1384 SH (2005–06).[4]
By 2022, the university operated on two sites covering more than 50 hectares and reported approximately 6,000 students, 115 faculty members, and 133 other employees.[1]
