GetResponse S.A. is a Polish technology company founded in 1998 and headquartered in Gdańsk, Poland,[1][2] that develops its namesake email marketing and marketing automation platform.[3][4]

The company's software supports email campaigns, website building, and webinar hosting, and since 2022, it has expanded into e-commerce personalization and content generation tools. As of 2025, GetResponse reported net revenue of PLN 134.1 million.

In 2022, GetResponse acquired Recostream, an AI product recommendations startup.[5][6]

Products and services

GetResponse develops subscription-based software for email marketing and marketing automation.[7][8] Its platform includes tools for building and sending email campaigns, creating landing pages and websites, running marketing-automation workflows, and hosting webinars. Following its 2022 acquisition of Recostream, the company added AI-based product-recommendation tools for e-commerce customers, and since 2023 has introduced AI features for drafting email and campaign content.[5][9]

Awards

In 2024[10] and 2023,[11] GetResponse won the MarTech Breakthrough Awards in the fields of email marketing.[12]
