Enrique Burgos Varas (22 March 1882 – 3 September 1957) was a Chilean politician and lawyer who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.

A member of the Radical Party, he represented Temuco, Imperial and Llaima from 1918 to 1921. During his parliamentary term, he served on the Permanent Government Commission and as a substitute member of the Public Instruction Commission. He studied law at the University of Chile and the University of Paris, qualifying as a lawyer on 30 August 1902.

He served as secretary and later president of his local Radical Party assembly, although he subsequently joined the Liberal Party following doctrinal disagreements. He was also a journalist and a contributor to El Mercurio de Valparaíso, and worked as a lawyer and director for several private institutions.[1]
