LA-31 Muzaffarabad-V is a constituency of the Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly which is currently represented by Saqib Majeed Raja of Pakistan Muslim League (N) (PML(N))). It covers some areas of Muzaffarabad Tehsil in Muzaffarabad District.[1]
