Clintondale Community Schools is a public school district in Macomb County, Michigan, in the Metro Detroit area. It serves part of Clinton Township.[3]

History

The first section of Clintondale Middle/High School was completed in April 1957.[4] An addition, designed by architect Linn Smith and Associates, was built around 1966.[5]

Around 2011, Clintondale High School adopted a flipped classroom curriculum school wide. In a flipped classroom, schoolwork and assignments traditionally done as homework are done in class, and students view lectures and lessons online at home.[6][7]
