Formula 4
2024
After finishing sixth in the 2024 Qatar Karting Championship,[7] Al Sulaiti participated in his first Formula 4 test with Xcel Motorsport at Barcelona,[8] as a member of the Qatar Motorsports Academy.[9] In October of that year, Al Sulaiti made his single-seater debut in the FIA Motorsport Games Formula 4 Cup, racing for Drivex-run Team Qatar.[10][11]

The following year, Al Sulaiti joined Xcel-supported QMMF to race in the F4 Middle East Championship,[12] scoring his only point by finishing 12th in race three of the third Yas Marina round to take 23rd in the overall standings.[13] For the rest of 2025, Al Sulaiti switched to Jenzer Motorsport for a dual campaign in the Italian F4 and E4 Championships,[14][15] scoring a best result of 11th twice at Monza in the former,[16] and 13th at Mugello in the latter.[17]
2026
In 2026, Al Sulaiti began the year by returning to the Middle East to race in the UAE4 Series for Hitech,[18] in which he scored his first win in single-seaters at the reverse-grid race of the second Yas Marina round, en route to a 12th-place points finish.[19] For the rest of the year, Al Sulaiti returned to Jenzer for his second season in the Italian F4 Championship.[20] After starting off the season with sixth-place finishes at Misano and Vallelunga,[21][22] Al Sulaiti took his maiden series podium by finishing second in a wet race three at Mugello.[23]
